How do I apply for membership?
You can apply by visiting our club office with required documents (ID proof, address proof, photographs) or by filling out our online application form. A committee member will review your application.
Is there an admission fee?
Yes, there is a one-time admission fee of ₹10,000 for all membership categories, payable at the time of joining.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes, you can upgrade from Individual to Family or Corporate membership at any time by paying the difference in fees.
Are there any age restrictions?
Primary members must be at least 21 years old. Family memberships include spouse and children under 21 years of age.
What documents are required for membership?
You need to submit a valid photo ID (Aadhaar/PAN/Passport), address proof, two passport-size photographs, and the completed application form.
Can I bring guests to the club?
Yes, members can bring guests. Individual members get 2 guest passes per month, Family members get 4 passes, and Corporate members get 10 passes.
What is the membership renewal process?
Memberships are renewed annually. You will receive a reminder 30 days before expiry. Renewals can be done online or at the club office.
Is there a waiting period for new members?
Applications are typically processed within 7-14 days. During peak periods, there may be a waitlist based on membership capacity.
Can I transfer my membership?
Memberships are non-transferable. However, in special circumstances, the Executive Committee may consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
What happens if I miss a renewal deadline?
There is a 30-day grace period after expiry. Beyond that, a reinstatement fee of ₹2,000 is applicable along with the renewal fee.
